Sarah Styers,

Dr. Sarah Styers was born and raised right here in beautiful North Alabama.  She attended Birmingham-Southern College, where she graduated summa cum laude with a major in biology and a minor in art.  She attended medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and remained in Mobile, Alabama to complete her residency training in Med/Peds in the South Alabama Hospital System.  Dr. Styers is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.  She spent 11 years practicing primary care medicine in North Alabama, where she enjoyed caring for the whole family.  She has now transitioned to a more specialized practice at Focus MD where she will concentrate specifically on the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and its related issues.

Dr. Styers is a devoted dog mom and loves to spend time with family and friends.  She is also a huge Alabama football fan and enjoys painting and baking as two of her biggest stress reliefs.  She is a big believer in celebrating the small joys of each new day and is excited to work with Focus MD to help address a great need in our area.  She’ll be the one wearing sparkly Converse.
